Application Fees
The filing fee for an application to the Board of Adjustment is as follows:
Commercial & New Construction Residential

| Existing duplex unit or Existing single family home | $100
|
| Additional request on the same property | $50
|
Checks should be made payable to the City of St. Charles. Applicants are required to attend the public hearing at which their application is being considered.
