Meetings

The Audit Committee does not meet on a regular basis but only when needed. Audit Committee members determine the dates and times of their meetings, and all meetings are publicized in advance and open to the public.

Overview

The purpose of the Audit Committee is to:

• Advise the City Council, Mayor, Director of Administration, and Finance Director concerning the operations of the Finance Department
• Participate in the selection of auditors
• Review the city's investment program
• Make recommendations regarding audit management
