Learning Library
In an effort to aid the St. Charles Community, City Staff, City Council and the Mayor in learning about topics related to the work of the Human Relations Commission (HRC), the HRC has established a lending library. The books and media are held by the HRC Staff Liaison Chuck Lovelace at the City Hall, who can be reached at HRC@stcharlescitymo.gov, or 636.949.3590. Books may also be available at local libraries.
