Greater Saint Charles CVB Looking for a Few Good Volunteers

WHO:   The St. Charles CVB is searching for enthusiastic individuals interested in helping the general public in an effort to promote the St. Charles area, including historic Main Street. Volunteers will assist at the front desk of the tourism center greeting visitors, answering questions and related phone calls.

WHAT:   The city offers opportunities during the week – Monday thru Friday during the hours of 10a to 2p or 1 to 4p. Since the tourism office is open 7-days-a-week, CVB staff are also looking for people who would like to volunteer on WeekendsSaturdays, 10a to 5p and Sundays, Noon to 5p.

Volunteers should be available to provide flexible hours, since the tourism staff needs to fill-in various shifts throughout the course of the week. Weekend hours consist of 2-3 shifts per month. Volunteers will receive training, and a staff member will always be available to answer questions.

WHEN:       Volunteers needed to fulfill a variety of shifts on weekdays and weekends.
